Welcome to A Taste of Country. Here we have the largest selection of Amish Homemade products in Citrus County. From the areas up North that a lot of us are from, or have been to, where Homemade means truly delicious, and made the way nature intended us to eat. So come on down and look around, see what we have in our little store. We are located in Howard's Flea Market in Homosassa, Fl.
Our MissionWe opened our store back in December 2008. We wanted to bring a taste of the North to Florida. From Ohio and Indiana, and of course Pennsylvania. So we figured, what better way to do so, than, to bring fresh, handmade, and homemade products from the Amish. They believe in hard work and making their food with pride and love that you will taste from start to finish in anything you purchase.
Company ProfileWe are a Family run business and are very friendly to all who comes in to our little store. We will always be friendly and courteous and will try to answer any and all questions you may have. One of the things we here a lot is, "I have not seen that in years" or "Since I lived up North" We are happy to see people's reaction and the way they smile when they see a product that they have not had in so long. It is a part of what we bring, and that is the joy of remembering.

Hours of Operation We are Open Friday, Saturday, and Sundays from the Hours of 8:00am to 3:00pm. Located right inside Howard's Flea Market in Homosassa, Fl. On the right side of Market in the country looking building.
